TOKYO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–CA Mobile, Ltd. has released ally, a real-name social networking service that shares GPS information through the App Store on December 17, 2010 and the Android Market on January 18, 2011.
ally was designed around the concept of a real-name social network using GPS functions to allow friends to communicate and share information.
After registering with ally, users can invite friends stored in their smartphone address book to join the service. Because people who actually know each other are connected through the service and use their real names, ally allows for high-quality communication in real time.
Through the use of real names in ally, we will create a more convenient life logging tool with a “social address book” that combines your smartphone address book with other social network and internet information services, and construct firm social graphs.
ally is available to download for free from the App Store and Android Market.
