London, Phoenix, Arizona, 25th March 2011 – Mobile game Toobz, already a firm favourite with millions of iPhone owners, today launched for the first time on the Android Market, including new social features added to the game thanks to Scoreloop’s social mobile gaming platform. The goal in Toobz is to create a system of pipes which allow water to flow uninterrupted and without spilling. As you progress through the levels the amount of time you have to choose your next move decreases and the pressure increases. Sound simple? It’s harder than you think! Toobz is a fast-paced and challenging puzzle game that requires swift reactions, quick thinking and a little bit of luck. Toobz for Android is free to download and play.
Developed by Off Center Software, Toobz for Android features two distinct gameplay modes: “classic Toobz” lets the player see the next piece of pipe that they must fit to allow the flow to continue, and “show Toobz” mode, in which the player sees the next four pieces – adding a different layer of strategy to the game.
Toobz features four different difficulty levels, including a ‘free play’ mode where you can complete the levels without being timed. And a feature that’s brand new in this new Android version – “Max 5″ mode, which challenges the player to maximise their score in just 5 levels of play, with online high scores shared across both Android and iOS versions.
